Lake Dog products are in-stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted. Order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and may take up to three business days.

We currently ship within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. International shipping is a little unpredictable right now, but we’re happy to explore options.

You can return your order for a full refund (minus S&H) within 14 days of your order delivery date. Gear must be in new, unused condition, and with all original packaging. Return shipping is a flat rate of $9.95.

Lake Dog products have a 1-year warranty. Proof of purchase and return of the item are required for all warranty claims.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover chewing, improper use, altered items, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defect.
